About this class
In this DIY coffee roasting workshop, you will learn the craft of roasting coffee in a playful way.
From roasting to coffee history, this course provides in-depth insight into coffee culture. It's up to you: turn raw green beans into a very personal taste experience.
In the end, you take your home-roasted coffee beans home nicely packaged.
Angelo, who founded a few coffee trees and a sustainable zero waste coffee grounds project in Kenya and roasts in pots for coffee lovers in his café every day - just like in a workshop, will show you which tricks and tricks are right for you.

What you’ll do in the class
Greeting/briefing
Gathering participants around a large table. Everyone stands in front of their own roasting station. After the welcome, we start with a short introduction about the goal of the roasting profile.
FIRST ROAST
- The roasting station consists of an electronic stove, a pot with a handle, a wooden spoon and a storage area for the pot
- 200g green coffee beans are filled into the pot
