In this simple children's course, the little ones have the opportunity to create a blooming work of art for Mother's Day. With child-friendly step-by-step instructions, everyone creates their individual masterpiece for mom.
We will embellish the picture with paints, pencils and dried flowers.
The finished work of art is presented on a canvas (10x10 cm) with a stand.
What you’ll do in the class
Schedule of the children's course “Thank you, Mama!”
Introduction and welcome
Welcome round: The course starts with greeting the children and parents. The course leader introduces themselves and briefly explains the process.
Topic presentation: The children learn that they are going to create a work of art for Mother's Day and why it is important to say “Thank you” to mom.
Materials and preparation
Material distribution: Each child receives canvas, paints, brushes, pencils and dried flowers. The instructor explains how to use the materials.
Protective clothing: The children put on painting gowns or old T-shirts.
Creative phase
Instructions: The instructor guides the children step by step through the design of the work of art.
Free design: The children develop their creativity, the course instructor provides support when needed.
Decoration and presentation
Flower decoration: The children incorporate dried flowers into their work of art.
Present artwork: The works of art are presented on a stand.
Final round
Presentation: Each child shows their work of art and says a few words about it.
Thank-you round: The children hand over their works of art to their parents.
