About this class
Chairdance is the perfect combination of seductive moves and a great workout. Our chair also serves as an important dance and training accessory. Here you not only get a decent workout, but also work on mastering advanced tricks with the right technique. This course is suitable for all levels.
A chair will become your dance partner and you will be enchanted by the different possibilities that this accessory offers you. In beautiful choreographies, we combine typical chair dance movements with unusual, sensual moves.
With an intensive warm-up, you strengthen your muscles and work on stretching. Suitable for all levels (including newcomers) and ages — also as a perfect addition to other dance styles.

- Welcome and brief introduction to the world of chair dance
- Warm-up exercises to prepare for training
- Learn basic techniques
- Individual support and assistance from the trainer
- Combining the learned characters into a small choreography
Who is the class suitable for?
The course is aimed at all women aged 18 and over who are looking for a new, aesthetic and varied training method. Whether you're a beginner or with previous experience, anyone who enjoys moving and dancing is welcome.
