About this class
Natural Flow Breath takes place nestled in the peace of nature, in a sheltered forest hut, away from stimuli, noise and constant accessibility. This framework alone provides noticeable relief for your nervous system even before we even consciously work with our breath.
At the beginning, it's about arriving. You leave everyday life behind you and focus your attention inward step by step. At the same time, the environment automatically helps you to become calmer; the steady rustle of the leaves, the clear forest air and the natural silence have a regulating effect without you having to do anything actively.
The next step is to consciously connect with your breath. You notice how it flows without having to change it directly. Nature helps you find this approach more easily because it doesn't create any pressure. We then begin to gently deepen your breath and guide it into calm, even patterns that stabilize your nervous system and provide security.
Based on this, you enter into gentle, connected breathing. This part acts as a bridge between conscious perception and deeper feeling. Tensions can arise and begin to be resolved, supported by the safe environment in the forest, which acts as a natural co-regulatory partner.
This is followed by the integration phase. Your breath becomes calmer, your body gets time to process what you have experienced. Nature supports this process in a very quiet but powerful way by providing stability without overwhelming. Many experience a sense of clarity, inner peace and deep, grounded relaxation here.
Finally, you consciously take a moment to anchor what you have experienced. You don't just go back to everyday life, but take this feeling of calm and regulation with you, combined with the knowledge that both your breath and nature are always available to you as a resource.
Natural Flow Breath is deliberately designed to be suitable for both beginners and experienced participants. It is not about intensity or performance, but about listening to your body again and giving it a space in which it can regulate itself, supported by what is naturally available to us.
What you’ll do in the class
The meeting point is at the Waldhütte, where we arrive together in peace.

After a short introduction, we start with a gentle introduction to perceive the body and consciously feel the breath.
This is followed by a guided breathing session, in which you are guided step by step through the individual phases, at your own pace.
You will then have time to integrate before we calmly conclude the session and you return to your everyday life strengthened.
Who is the class suitable for?
The course is suitable for almost everyone, as we only use gentle breathing exercises. However, pregnant women or people with heart problems and severe asthma should not attend the course.
