About this Tour

The brewery tour gives you an insight into the brewing plant, bottling and the malt chamber.

You will learn a lot of interesting facts about various beer styles, about adjustments in the brewing process and hear a few anecdotes from the history of our small brewery.

Steps of the tour

The one-hour brewery tour starts at our bar at the top of Markthalle Neun.

With a beer in hand, it's off to the brewery, where you'll get an explanation of the brewing process and take a look at the malt chamber and the bottling process. There is also a gusset fresh out of the tank!

After the tour, you can choose a beer of your choice from the 12-16 different beers on our table.

Who should take part in this tour?

For anyone who is over 16 years old and interested in the process of brewing beer. And for those who are interested in how you can run a craft brewery in the middle of the city, when the beer landscape appears huge and the industry floods the market with cheap beers.

The rooms are located in the basement and are unfortunately not barrier-free accessible.
