What is the Upcycling Workshop in Berlin about?
Discover the world of upcycling with Josefina's beginner-friendly class. No sewing experience is needed! Bring clothes you don't wear anymore, and Josefina will show you how to turn them into something new and stylish.
What you’ll do in the class
The workshop is divided into 3 parts:
- 1. Design your special piece from fabrics, materials or accessories you bring from home, with expert and personalized guidance.
- 2. Sewing machine and tools usage.
- 3. Making and fitting of your design, which you'll take home.
This 3-hour lesson is guided by two upcycling designers who will help you create your dream garment. With a maximum of 8 students per class, book quickly to secure your spot. Discover a whole new world of possibilities for your old clothes.
The Studio and Teacher:
Josefina Studio is run by a Uruguayan Fashion Designer who specializes in designing workshops and experiences around fashion and upcycling. The studio's mission is to showcase the potential in pre-owned or second-hand materials, encouraging clients to embrace their own creativity, style, and adopt a circular approach to consumerism.
