Experience Bavarian tradition at its best — with a hearty Bavarian snack and freshly baked, warm pretzels. Whether during the week or at the weekend — a “tasty snack” is as much a part of Bavaria as beer and traditional costume. And what's better than baking the pretzels yourself?
In this course, you will discover the world of Bavarian baking with me as a true Munich native. You will learn step by step how to form, leach and bake your own pretzels until golden brown. And the best part: After baking, we enjoy our homemade “pretzels” with a traditional snack — a lovingly selected cold selection of fresh vegetables and root vegetables, obazda and regional cheese & sausage specialities, plus a refreshing white beer, light or a non-alcoholic alternative.
