About this class
During this extraordinary workshop, we will produce creative chocolate bars and decorate them individually in a convivial atmosphere.
Master pastry chef Vanessa shows you exactly how to process the chocolate coating for your own chocolate bar so that your chocolate hardens again and the finished bar is nice and crisp but melts in your mouth when you enjoy it. Mmmhhh... just delicious.
Refine your chocolate bars with various nuts, crispies and other delicious toppings.
You can of course take the finished chocolate home and eat it yourself or give it away as a creative and individual gift to your loved ones.
