Dive into the world of essential oils and discover how you can make your own natural cosmetics! In this workshop, you will learn the basics of aromatherapy and create three scented products for your personal self-care routine: a roll-on, a room spray and a body scrub.
What you’ll do in the class
In this self-care workshop, you will learn how essential oils work on body and mind — and how you can use them specifically for relaxation, energy or a good mood. After an introduction to the basics of aromatherapy, you'll make your own fragrance blends and natural cosmetic products.
This is what you take home:
1 x 50 ml room spray
1 x 10 ml roll-on
1 glass of sugar scrub (scrub) with your individual oil blend
