About this class
Get to know acrylic paint!
In this workshop in Leipzig, we will look at various expressive techniques with which you can apply acrylic paint. Paint, spatula, spray... Try out brushes and spatulas and experience the pasty and liquid colors! Get to know your unique expressiveness in colors! I will introduce you to individual techniques and lovingly guide you to create your very own unique pictures.
Free yourself from being quiet, from the pressure of everyday life. Paper and easels give you the opportunity to arrive at the moment and dedicate yourself entirely to painting, filling and spraying. Especially on colder days, it is particularly fun to create your own wonderful works of art and paintings. Try yourself out and experience yourself and your creative work in a new way!
Painting and drawing skills that you already have will benefit you, but are not absolutely necessary.
Just bring in a good mood and curiosity and we will provide you with material and instructions.
What you get:
- Experience and lots of time to experiment with acrylic paints and various techniques
- at least 4 completed works
- Ideas and input on how you can continue to be creative with acrylic paint even after the course
- Fun and entertainment while working creatively in a group
What you’ll do in the class
4x 2 h including all materials or in a different scale
Current dates: 20.04., 27.04., 04.05., 11.05.2026, 6-8 p.m.
We meet 4 weeks in a row on the specified dates and try out the different techniques for the first three appointments. At every appointment, I also discuss color theory, composition theory and other mechanisms of artistic creation. The fourth appointment is then for you to freely experiment and play with the techniques.
Of course, you can bring your individual work with you at the end of the four weeks.

Number of participants: 3-6
The course room can be reached via a step so that people with restricted mobility can also attend. If you have any other physical or psychological limitations, feel free to contact me and we will look together.

Seelenfarbspiel is a Kreativwerkstatt founded in 2018 (originally KunstWerk Leipzig) with art courses and art therapy. I run various events, such as painting and drawing courses, as well as individual art events and private corporate events, bachelor parties or birthdays.
