About this class
Would you like to finally make pottery on the turntable and make your own ceramic pieces? In this intensive course, you will learn the entire process step by step — from the initial centering of the clay to the finished, glazed ceramic. In a small group, I will accompany you personally and individually so that you feel safe and make rapid progress.
What you’ll do in the class
Date 1 — Turning the disc
• Basics of pottery • Centering, opening and lifting
• First own pieces (cups, bowls, cups)
Appointment 2 — Twisting and refining
• Reworking your pieces • Design a stand
• Attach handles and work out details
Date 3 — Glazing (approx. 2—4 weeks later)
• Get to know
glazes and color effects
• Personalize your ceramic After the final firing, you pick up your finished pieces
