What occasions are best to paint wine glasses?
A glass painting workshop is the perfect group activity and pairs wonderfully with social events. Looking for a relaxed idea for a bachelor party? When you paint wine glasses for a bachelorette party, you can toast together while crafting unique keepsakes for the bride or groom. It also makes a creative team event, offering a relaxed atmosphere away from the daily office routine. During the winter months, festive wine glass painting is a popular highlight for holiday corporate parties or for crafting personalized Christmas gifts for friends and family.
What paints are used to paint wine glasses yourself?
To make sure your design doesn't wash away after the first wash, experts in these classes work exclusively with high-quality glass paints or special acrylic paint pens. These paints are often heat-set in an oven after application, so you can paint wine glasses yourself and, in most cases, safely wash them in the dishwasher afterward. If you'd rather paint on ceramics instead of glass, our pottery painting category is a great match.
