An interesting evening The instructor was very nice, the information about wine and cheese was interesting. I would have liked fresh glasses for the various wines (instead of three glasses for a total of eight different wines) and a light bread (baguette) with French cheese.

Very cool seminar. The 3 hours were very pleasant and educational. We really liked it.

Very pleasant speaker, as well as the other course participants. With 11 people, a good group size for the space at Hotel Bellevue. Recommended for couples or small groups. You felt comfortable and picked up. Content was well conveyed for beginners. Sophisticated concept with material sent in advance by e-mail as well as handouts during the seminar. A balance between imparting expertise and the actual tasting. Highly recommended.

Hello, the course was very educational and well structured. Only the location is still somewhat expandable.

It was really fun learning about wine. Even though not all wines or cheeses promised you, it was very good. In the end, it dragged a bit. But all in all great.

It was a very interesting and, above all, delicious evening with new insights into the interplay of cheese and wine.

Exciting & comprehensive. You learn about botany, French geography, A lot of cheese processing, winegrowing and wine tasting. And that while drinking! Let's do it again.
