Get to know Meijin Secret Recipe Studio
I love art. I was born in Malaysia and later worked in Singapore. In Japan, I learned pastry and traditional paper folding (origami). In Germany, I completed my confectionary training at Cafe Riese (Schildergasse). During my training, I studied in France, among others. I regularly continue my education internationally and can therefore offer training on new techniques that are special and still little known in Germany. I regularly train myself and can therefore offer the latest techniques from the world's leading master confectioners.
