But since you have instructions, that shouldn't be a problem.

Super nice course leader with great professional tips! You notice the confectioner's professional background and learn to understand hitherto unimagined connections. Be sure to write down. Absolutely entertaining and in the end even more mega delicious. We'll be back The price is a bit tight but worthwhile.

Get to know Meijin Secret Recipe Studio
I love art. I was born in Malaysia and later worked in Singapore. In Japan, I learned pastry and traditional paper folding (origami). In Germany, I completed my confectionary training at Cafe Riese (Schildergasse). During my training, I studied in France, among others. I regularly continue my education internationally and can therefore offer training on new techniques that are special and still little known in Germany. I regularly train myself and can therefore offer the latest techniques from the world's leading master confectioners.
