Creative knitting workshops: learn, try out, feel good

Born out of passion

Maschen Mokka was born out of a love for handicrafts — and from the desire to create a place where creativity, knowledge and comfort come together. Behind Maschen Mokka is Lina, a Ruhrpottler by choice with a lot of heart, humor and a great passion for wool, stitches and good cooperation. Our mission: Make knitting understandable, reduce barriers and show that learning can also happen in a relaxed, personal and fun way.

Location

Our location is cozy, bright and deliberately kept small. A large workshop and meeting table can accommodate up to 8 people. There is also an exhibition corner where the range of products can be discovered live, as well as a coffee corner with snacks, hot and cold drinks. Knitting books and magazines are available on site for inspiration — arrive, sit down, feel good.

Classes & events

Our courses combine technology with atmosphere. Whether it's basics, raglan sweaters or special technical workshops such as knitting pearls, full patent or Ravelry: We work in a practical, understandable and without pressure. Questions are welcome, the pace is relaxed — the focus is on the joy of learning, exchange and the good feeling of having really understood something new.

Team events & private events

Yes, we also offer private workshops and team events. Whether it's a group of friends, creative time for a birthday or a decelerating team event: Our events are personal, can be planned individually and are deliberately different from traditional courses. Small groups, genuine support and a cozy atmosphere make every event a special break together.
