Make Pizza Academy book classes

Make Pizza Academy is an innovative project with the mission to improve the quality of pizza worldwide. Since 2015, we have trained over 200 professional pizza makers and helped numerous pizzerias, beer gardens and festivals to offer their guests an exceptional pizza experience. Our passion for authentic, handmade pizza drives us to constantly set new standards and take the art of pizza making to a new level.

Behind Make Pizza Academy is Dario, our general manager and co-founder, who has worked in the pizza industry for over ten years. With his extensive knowledge and passion, he ensures that our participants not only learn the techniques of making pizza, but also experience the joy and craft behind them. Dario even survives the cold Berlin winters thanks to the delicious creations of our talented instructors!

Our two locations in Berlin offer the perfect environment for every occasion:

An intimate location with a cozy cocktail bar atmosphere, ideal for smaller groups, private events and our hobby courses.

A spacious, industrial space in typical Berlin style, which offers space for larger events and where our professional courses take place

Both locations are equipped with the latest equipment to guarantee a first-class pizza making experience. A total of up to 60 people can take part in our events, 12 people in our hobby courses and up to 6 people in our professional courses in Berlin.

Our courses: Our courses are more than just workshops — they are an experience! We offer a variety of courses, from hobby workshops to professional training for aspiring pizza makers. Our participants not only learn the basics of pizza baking, but also advanced techniques that they can apply directly. The mix of theory, practice and a pinch of fun makes our courses unique and unforgettable.

Team events and private events: Whether it's a team building event, birthday party or bachelor party — our events are tailor-made for groups. Creating a pizza together strengthens team spirit and makes for unforgettable moments. Our locations and experienced instructors guarantee a relaxed atmosphere in which every participant can enjoy their own pizza creation.
