In this advanced cocktail class:
- Is built directly on the “Basic” level and repeated briefly to bring all participants to the same basic knowledge
- Focus areas include: meltwater, citrus juices and their quality, protein and their use
- Let's go deeper into the overall subject matter and understand where many drinks come from and where their structure comes from
- Anyone with the expertise will go out of this course no matter where to build/shake a tasty drink with spontaneously put together spirits
- Will there be much more concentrated use of premium spirits in the mixing sector and the associated bar classics that were created almost 100 years ago
- Is the focus on flair: bottles, shakers, limes, ice etc. can also be thrown and we'll try that out here (basic techniques)
