Get to know Kenou Cuisine

Long presentation: Welcome to lab Kenou Cuisine. I'm Russel and my mission is to heal people from stressful days through good food. My courses are more about connecting different worlds and people to tasting them like in a professional kitchen.

I discovered my passion for cooking when I was already 4 with my grandma. Since then, I've been fascinated by how much food shapes the mood, conversations and memories. That's why I want to pass on to my tasting courses: a relaxed atmosphere in which everyone participates, learns and ultimately enjoys together.

 

Location

My location is modern and minimalistic. It is more of a workshop in a futuristic space: effective for connecting.

The kitchen is equipped, among other things, with large work surfaces, modern hobs/gas hobs, an oven, crockery, mixers, food processors, small pots/pans and a washing station. For the cozy part after cooking, there is a seating area.

Capacity: My location can comfortably accommodate 12 people [12 to 50]

Classes and events

My tasting worksops are special because I describe my experiments more like an equation, so everyone can interpret them differently: We inspire each other. Different spices, aromas and food cultures merge.

What to expect:

  • Clear instructions + personal attention (I make sure that everyone comes along)
  • Techniques & professional tips that you can use again and again
  • Enjoyment & community: In the end, we eat everything together like a small menu
  • On request: vegetarian/vegan options and adjustments in case of intolerances (by arrangement)

Yes, I offer private events and team events. Whether it's a birthday, bachelor party, group of friends or company event: Cooking together is one of the best ways to get together as a group, because every person can contribute something and automatically brings it into conversation.
