Julia Hariri book classes

Atelier Hariri is a cozy artist's studio in the heart of Bergmannkiez in Kreuzberg, Berlin.

Here I, Julia Hariri, work on my paintings and ceramic works and offer various courses with a focus on making ceramics by hand.

As a former fashion designer, I focused on my own projects and my art a few years ago. In addition to my love for painting, I discovered my passion for the medium of sound early on. This medium enables me to implement ideas and visions as haptic objects such as sculptures and decorative objects (vases, lamps...).

As participants, you can take taster or intensive courses in my studio in a cozy atmosphere, learn how to work with clay and visualize your own ceramic pieces.

The courses take place in a relaxed group of up to 6 people, so that I can provide every participant with the best possible support during the creative process.

The studio, which is only a few meters away from Bergmannstraße, can be reached within a 5-minute walk by bus and train. The closest subway stations are Mehringdamm and Gneisenaustraße (U6 & U7).

In the trial course, I will show you the main techniques of building hands with clay, and then you can use the techniques to create your own breakfast set with bowl and cup. This will then be glazed and baked back to you.

In the intensive course, it is possible to implement more complex projects within 4 sessions with my help. The intensive course also includes glazing your own works.

On request, team events and private events can also be booked in the studio. These can then be designed to suit the event and by appointment.
