Under my guidance, you will design and shape your very personal centerpiece for your home.
The course is suitable for both beginners and advanced learners and is ideal for developing or deepening a feeling for working with sound.

What to bring to the class
Feel free to come up with ideas in advance how you would like to design the surface of your vase and collect inspiration and/or bring along sketches.
Otherwise, you don't have to think of anything.
What is included in the class?
- All materials such as clay, tools and aprons are provided in the studio.
- Drinks and snacks are also available.

What you’ll do in the class
In this course, you will dive into the world of sound for two sessions and design your own flower vase by hand using the slab technique. After you have set up the basis for your vase together with the other course participants, you can personalize it according to your ideas and decorate it with textures and applications.
After the session, your creation must first dry and then be fired in a kiln. After two weeks, the second part of the course takes place. In this session, you will glaze your vase as you wish.
As soon as the glaze firing is complete — around two to three weeks after the course — you will receive an email notification to pick up your finished ceramic.
At the end, you hold a glazed, ready-to-use ceramic vase in your hands.
