With the 8-week program “HATHA YOGA ONLINE — Let go of stress, find peace”, you give yourself conscious breaks from everyday life — for more serenity, mindfulness and new energy.
The weekly yoga sessions combine gentle movements with calm breathing and help you release tension, improve your body awareness and get on with the moment. Your body is strengthened and more flexible while your mind is at rest.
All attitudes and processes are clearly guided and suitable for every level of experience — no previous knowledge is required. You will learn methods that you can incorporate into your everyday life even after the course in order to create small islands of peace for yourself on a regular basis — for more balance, health and inner connection.

Your prevention course comprises 8 modules. Each module consists of 3 tasks.
Complete all 3 steps within a week to unlock the next module.
1. Complete the course and click “Course completed” at the end of the course video.
2. Download the handout as a PDF and get information about the module.
3. Answer the questions correctly and complete the module.

Our prevention course is designed in such a way that every participant can start without any previous yoga knowledge and immediately benefits from the benefits.
Hatha yoga consists of gentle and powerful techniques, simple body perception exercises, but also complex postures, some of which are held statically (asanas) or as a flow (i.e. combined movement sequences).
In addition, you will learn valuable breathing exercises, mental relaxation techniques and meditation.
All of these Hatha Yoga techniques start with your body and continue through the breath to the mind.
