About this class
Experience a special wine tasting at our Wasem Doppelstück winery. We, Marie and Julia, founded our heart project in 2019. Two sisters, two generations, one winery. We have been officially organic since 2022, because for us, treating nature and soils with respect is an integral part of healthy viticulture. Our vegan wines are an expression of this attitude and show the full diversity of Rheinhessen.
With us, craftsmanship meets passion. Our dad's experience and finesse are combined with new ideas and fresh knowledge. This is how wines are created that tell stories about their origin, the vines and the work in the vineyard.
You will taste five exquisite wines from our production. At the start, we'll greet you with a sparkling Secco before taking you on a delightful journey through our grape varieties, from fresh white wines to full-bodied red wines.
There are also small snacks such as cheese, bread, pretzels, olives, pepper bites and dips, which perfectly complement the aromas. We'll show you which combinations work together and why. Of course, there is also time for your questions about our wines, organic farming or proper storage.
At the end, you can take your favorite wines straight home.

- Introduction to the basics of wine tasting explained in a simple and understandable way
- The wine journey
- A fresh dry white wine as an easy start
- An aromatic white wine with intense fruit notes and a fine balance of acidity and sweetness
- A rosé in which we explain the production and the short maceration period
- An elegant fruity red wine with insight into barrel aging and storage
- A strong red wine as a full-bodied finish with complex body and woody notes

Simply book the appropriate date or make an appointment request. We are available Mon-Fr from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and on Saturdays from 12 a.m. to 6 p.m.
