What you’ll do in the class
Welcome & introduction
You start with a winter welcome drink and a short introduction to the basics of Christmas baking.
Practical part
- You prepare various doughs
- You squirt shortbread and shape vanilla croissants
- You cut out Linz cookies, fill them and put them together
- You prepare Florentines and decorate them with chocolate
- You make amaretti from almond dough
You will learn what is important when it comes to dough management, rest times and baking time.
Baking & finishing
Finally, bake the cookies until golden brown, enjoy a coffee break and take your selection home.
