What you’ll do in the class
What to expect in the course
After a champagne reception, we start the world of ice cream preparation together with our ice cream professionals. You will prepare different varieties at various stations, experiment with aromas, consistencies and techniques and try out your results directly on site. You will learn in a practical way how you can easily implement the recipes at home later on.

We ensure that our cooking classes not only produce delicious dishes but are also in line with our values. That is why we only use fresh, high-quality and sustainable ingredients, most of which come from regional organic producers. In doing so, we work closely with local retailers and manufacturers.
