Class description

Release yourself from the tyranny of expensive store bought vegan cheese!
Learn how to make a low-effort, versatile, and delicious cheese base that will surpass your wildest cheesiest creamiest dreams!

Where will the vegan cheese workshop take place?

The class will take place at Studio Nagleneu, Hermannstraße 103 12051 Berlin.
It is an art studio and a community space that belongs to the Prinzessinnengarten collective.

How does this activity work?

We will start by preparing the cheese base and learning about the science of cheese making. Then we will use the base to prepare a variety of cheeses that we will transform into yummy dishes to enjoy together.

- Labneh | Sourdough Focaccia
- Feta | Watermelon Salad
- Yoghurt | Baked Seasonal Fruit

A bar will be available at the event, with home-made non-alcoholic options as well.
You will leave with everything you need to recreate these cheeses at home.

Who should definitely take part?

Anyone who wants to learn how to cook some cool dishes. You don't have to be vegan, only to have passion for good food! It is not kid friendly. We are an 18+ class, and there will be a wine bar available to those who want to drink, with additional cost.
