Who is the class suitable for?
Suitable for anyone who wants to move on beat to music. The choreography is guided sequence by sequence and assembled into the main song at the end. Anyone who knows and loves Vinyasa Flow, or who has dance experience, will love our yoga event.

I am Jessika — yoga teacher and studio owner of SOHAM in Nuremberg. SOHAM is a small oasis for yoga & massage: creative workshops, yoga & brunch, JGA/bachelorette specials, business yoga and massages. Classes up to 12 people, mats & props on site, entrance via backyard.
