How does the cake course work in Cologne?
Do you want to be able to make a fantastically beautiful and delicious chocolate cake yourself?
Then this course is perfect for you. In a small group, each person makes their own cake (16 cm diameter), which can be taken away.
You'll receive personal support and feedback every step of the way. In addition, you will receive illustrated instructions so that you can use what you have learned in the long term.
The course takes place in our modern training kitchen in Cologne Weiden (near Rheincenter).
All content is well explained, so no professional knowledge is required. Through individual support, all participants learn something and are sure to have a lot of fun.

I offer patisserie courses (petit fours or pies) in small groups. I also offer cooking classes/sushi courses. All courses take place at my premises in Cologne-Weiden (near Rheincenter).
