Collaboration and cooperation are essential in the cockpit. Precise information and unambiguous communication are just as important as a clear assignment and delimitation of tasks. Teamwork is absolutely essential for survival, especially in crisis situations.
Aviation as a role model for situational communication, perception processing, optimization of team processes and decision-making.
How does this activity work?
First, the teams (Cpt. and FO) and the various international airports will be drawn.
In the briefing, participants receive all the information they need to master the upcoming flying challenge. The time required for this does not depend on the flight time and is not calculated.
All participants receive a briefing flight with takeoff and landing, which is supported by an experienced instructor.
Each team then takes off at their previously selected airport and carries out one takeoff and 2 landings there. Whoever starts will be drawn. Pilot Flying (PF) and Pilot Monitoring (PM) support each other in this regard. The PF and PM functions are changed during the flight.
Each participant has the opportunity to “fly” for a total of 15 minutes and make 2 landings. The flying performance is assessed in a short debriefing and the best “Touch Down” receives a small surprise.
Who should definitely take part?
No previous flying experience is required.

Thanks to the open design of our flight simulator, all participants can experience everything happening in the cockpit live with a small snack and a soft drink. A special community experience that they won't soon forget.
