About this class
Our small fine jewelry workshops take place just outside Frankfurt am Main in picturesque Götzenhain.
You don't need any previous knowledge. Just go for it, have fun and then proudly take home two individual self-forged pieces of jewelry. Materials for making jewelry (1 pair of earrings or 1 pendant up to max. 3 grams of 935/925 silver) and a narrow ring (silver 935/925) are included.
With our help, you can make a pendant or two earrings as well as a sterling silver ring and take the jewelry you have created yourself with you.
In about 3 - 3.5 hours, you create a jewelry blank for the pendant or earrings, file and sand it and give it a very individual structure. Then bend the appropriate eyelets or earhooks and attach them to the piece of jewelry.
You then determine your ring size and use the prefabricated ring blanks to produce a suitable, completely individual ring.
If you want, you can also partially hand gilding, patinate or varnish your jewelry. Depending on your mood and taste.
Up to 8 participants are possible. You are also welcome to bring one or two people to watch and support. Please let us know in advance so that we have enough chairs.
We are also happy to show you some jewelry from our latest collection to inspire your own creations or to take away.
The loft-like modern course room is located on the second floor of the former community center (Bürgertreff). Unfortunately, there is no lift.
What you’ll do in the class
After a short introduction, we will work out their own design with the individual participants and then help to create a very individual piece of jewelry using the techniques of silver processing.
