Sensory wine tasting — discover the world of aromas in a playful way
This wine tasting is all about the conscious experience of wine. We try, sniff, taste and discover which aromas are hidden in the glasses. Whether fruit, blossoms, herbs or chocolate — together we search for clues and find out how these impressions get into wine in the first place.
Above all, the whole thing should be fun. It is not a dry subject course, but a lively experience in which beginners have just as much fun as professionals who want to challenge their senses once again.

This is how the course works
Welcome with a glass of secco
Presentation of the winery and course instructors
Introduction to the world of sensory tasting: How to consciously look, smell and taste wine
Wine by wine, you will discover new facets — from light freshness to strong spiciness
In between, there is a small smell test and taste samples that will test your nose and palate
Suitable snacks such as cheese, bread, olives, dips, grapes, pretzels and pepper bites accompany the sample
The wine journey
A light white wine with a focus on color and clarity
An aromatic white wine with fruity and floral notes
A rosé where sweetness and sourness come into play
A light red wine that makes us feel the tannins and texture in the mouth
A strong red wine with aromas of wood, chocolate and spices
