Sourdough pizza workshop — crispy, aromatic, homemade
Do you love really good pizza and want to know how to make it perfect at home? In our sourdough pizza workshop, we'll show you step by step how to make an aromatic pizza dough yourself — from the base to the perfectly baked pizza.
Together, we'll dive into the world of sourdough and show you why it makes the decisive difference in terms of taste, texture and digestibility. In a relaxed kitchen party atmosphere, there is plenty of room for questions, exchange ideas and trying things out together.
Workshop content
The focus is on preparing the perfect sourdough pizza dough — from choosing the right ingredients to finding the right sense of consistency and timing.
You will learn how to make and care for sourdough at home, how an aromatic tomato sauce is made and what is important when choosing mozzarella and other ingredients. In addition, we prepare a suitable side dish with coordinated dressing.
We also dedicate ourselves to special seasonal variations: Bianca pizza, seasonal toppings made from fresh ingredients, and dessert pizzas, which show how versatile pizza can be.
Another focus is on baking: We'll show you how to achieve optimal results even with your home oven — whether with pizza stone, steel or classic sheet metal.
The workshop is led by master baker Anil Kumar von Deigtalente, who has worked with doughs for over 20 years. Thanks to his experience, he knows exactly what is important — and above all how to convey this knowledge in an understandable and practical way, without complicated theory.

After a relaxed start, it's straight to practice: making, kneading, shaping and topping dough. All steps are explained in a comprehensible way and implemented directly.
The workshop thrives on working, trying out and learning together. At the end, we enjoy our freshly baked pizzas together in a relaxed atmosphere.
And the best part: All participants take home a homemade pizza.
