What you’ll do in the class
You decorate chocolate molds, temper chocolate coating to the point, make velvety fillings and learn how to cover chocolates cleanly and then gently expel them. You will find out what is important in terms of temperature, flow and rest times so that your chocolates not only taste great, but are also visually appealing.

What to expect in the course
After a warm welcome with a welcome drink, you will receive a concise introduction to raw materials and tempering methods.
