It's not about show or stars — but about taste, warmth and craftsmanship. Chop together, layer, spread embers, ventilate the lid — and finally enjoy together what we have prepared with peace, patience and a dose of passion. Whether goulash, roast or sliced meat — the fire gives every dish an unmistakable taste. Vegetarian recipes are also not neglected.

How does this experience take place?
After a brief introduction to safety, fire management and cooking technology, we get started: You help prepare your dish, take care of the fire, learn to read the pot — and you're right in the middle of it instead of just being there. It is sawn, cut, layered, stirred and laughed.
Finally, we eat together by the fire. What you take with you: a full stomach, a clear head — and desire for more.

Neben herzhaften Hauptgerichten – etwa geschmorte Fleischgerichte oder ausgefeiltere vegetarische Varianten – bereiten wir zusätzlich einen Nachtisch im Dutch Oven zu.
