- Together, you will cook an oriental mezze menu with influences from modern Middle Eastern cuisine.
- In the workshop, you will get to know various dishes from different regions of Anatolia.
- The dishes are based on ingredients such as tomatoes, peppers, aubergines, broad beans and yoghurt cheese.
- You'll find out what you should pay attention to when buying vegetables and spices.
- In addition, you will receive practical kitchen tricks and preparation tips.
- During the workshop, depending on the procedure, fresh sourdough bread is baked or flatbread served.
- You will then taste all the dishes together at the large table.
