What you’ll do in the class
- You start with a yuzu spritz or sake spritz and a themed snack.
- At the beginning, you will receive an introduction to the history, components and variants of ramen.
- You then start preparing the individual components together.
- You make stuffed gyoza yourself.
- You cook a broth together and also learn how to prepare pork broth.
- You also prepare a vegetarian broth.
- You make noodle dough and make fresh ramen noodles.
- You cook two tars as seasoning sauces.
- Depending on the season, prepare one or two spice oils.
- This is accompanied by various toppings such as Chashu, Ni-Tamago, Negi, Menma and Nori.
- When everything is ready, each person puts together their own ramen.
- You can then enjoy the joint meal in a cozy atmosphere.
- Finally, there is a glass of sake.
