  • You try out homemade and purchased products and directly compare taste and potential.

  • You will learn how to ferment pickled vegetables such as kimchi, sauerkraut or cucumbers.
  • You will also find out which equipment you really need for this.
  • You will prepare a large glass of kimchi together.
  • In addition, you make another ferment from seasonal vegetables.
  • In the workshop, you will also learn how to get creative while fermenting and how to make long-lasting sauces.
  • You will taste prepared dishes and starters with fermented ingredients.
  • Finally, take home two glasses of ferments, which can continue to ripen there.
