Online cooking class with focus on plant-based cuisine
Would you like to learn how to cook vegetarian food? How about a relaxed plant-based online cooking class? Together we will create a 3-course menu suitable for everyday use. In addition to new inspiration on how to cook delicious and healthy plant-based dishes, there are also many reasons why you can take action against food waste yourself.
How the online cooking course works
- The course lasts approximately 2.5 hours
- You subscribe to our interactive Zoom conference, you will receive the link before the cooking class
- We are there live, with 2 cameras from different perspectives
- We explain all steps in detail and you can ask us your questions at any time
- After our cooking class, you will have a delicious 3-course meal on your table
Online cooking class menu
- Starter: tofu scrambled eggs with “bacon”
- Main course: Crispy umami oyster mushrooms with easy gravy, Hasselback potatoes and pea guacamole
- Dessert: Simple chocolate NiceCream made from ripe bananas with golden granola

A week before the online cooking class, I will send you the list of ingredients so that you are perfectly prepared for the course. During the course, you will learn new knowledge and cooking ideas about plant-based cooking and how you can avoid food waste.
