About this class

Alma Matter offers this course as an individual class or a 3 session course. Monoprinting and Chine-collé transform everyday objects and delicate papers into expressive, textured prints. These techniques add depth and contrast while encouraging sustainability through repurposed materials. Monoprinting allows for playful experimentation and new approach towards your environment, while chine collé layers create rich, dynamic effects. Combined, they offer limitless possibilities for unique and innovative printmaking.

Explore the endless possibilities of these techniques, define your own printmaking materials and objects you create impressions from, and add texture and depth to your artwork. Whether printing by hand or using a press, this class encourages playful experimentation and helps you develop your own artistic style.

You can either sign up for one session of this course which will include the introduction and demonstration of the techniques or sign up for the 3 sessions. For this you can book the add-on (€118 in total for 3 sessions). The introduction session on the 8th must be attended so that you can continue the rest.
