Dive into the exciting world of abstract painting! In this intensive art workshop in Hamburg, you have the opportunity to develop your creativity in a completely new way. Under the guidance of two experienced artists, you will receive personal support and creative inspiration in a small group of a maximum of 8 participants. Regardless of whether you are picking up a brush for the first time or already have experience in painting — here you will find the space to realize your own artistic ideas.

The workshop is designed in such a way that you can experiment with different materials such as acrylic paints, textured materials and mixed media. You will not only learn techniques, but also find your own unique way of expressing yourself. Enjoy 3 hours full of inspiration, sharing, and artistic freedom to create your work and develop yourself. Experience the relaxed atmosphere in the artist studio and let the other participants and artists motivate you to express your creative side!

Who is the class suitable for?

This workshop is ideal for all art enthusiasts, whether beginners or advanced students, who want to further develop their abstract painting skills. Also for creative people who simply want to try something new.

Can also be booked for private groups of 4 to 8 people.

The workshop will only take place with at least 4 participants, otherwise the date will be rescheduled.

All materials: high-quality canvas (small size e.g. 40x50cm as required), acrylic paints in any shade, various textured materials
Painter's aprons and possibly gloves
Individual support and creative inspiration from two experienced artists
small snacks depending on the time of day and appropriate drinks (coffee, tea, water, etc.)

I took part in a painting class yesterday and was absolutely thrilled! Josi gave us a warm welcome and prepared the room with great attention to detail — we immediately felt at home. During the course, I painted three abstract paintings on canvas and was surprised how much fun it was and what came out of it in the end. Josi gives great tips, is attentive and supports with great sensitivity. The afternoon was a great success with a great result. I can fully recommend the course — you won't be disappointed! What a great experience! The location is open, bright and clean, you feel right at home. If you don't have your own ideas and ideas, there are dozens of pictures to inspire you. It was really great! It was my third course with both of them and certainly not my last. What I find particularly nice is that you are constantly guided and accompanied but still have a free hand to create your very own work of art. First, the basics and structures are explained and then on to the colors and possible finishes. The rooms and lighting conditions are perfect and you immediately feel at ease. You can tell from the two of them their many years of experience and passion for art. What is also really nice is that many pictures are on display where you can be inspired. Over and over again!
