About this class
In this creative workshop, you will be invited to explore your experiences, challenges and successes of the year through various painting techniques.
I am teaching the course using techniques from art therapy. (I'm an art therapist. But this course is not a therapeutic session!!)
We use different colors to create a space of self-discovery and expression. You will have the opportunity to transform your thoughts and emotions into an image and thus establish a deeper connection to your goals and wishes for the new year.
The workshop not only provides an opportunity for reflection, but also to develop inspiring visions for the future.
