About this class
Vegetarian cooking class! Pure pleasure!
Vegetarian cuisine offers an almost endless variety of ideas, tastes and imaginative preparations. Our 4-course menus (one 4-course menu per appointment) focus on seasonal vegetables.
Combined with hand-picked cheeses, eggs from free-range chickens from the region, organic dairy products, etc. The food used is as minimally processed as possible.
On autumn and winter dates, winter vegetables are prepared in a sophisticated way, e.g. caramelized, marinated, filled, or baked in the oven.
A possible menu:
starter
- For example, fine vegetable strudel with wild herb salad as a delicious starter
- hearty cakes with mustard-fig dip and warm goat cheese as a second starter
main course
- e.g. stuffed vegetables with quinoa filling and tomato mousse
Dessert
- A delicate berry trifle.
This menu is an example and not necessarily the menu that is being prepared.
In my courses, I fundamentally try to either promote manual skills and motivate them to gain further knowledge through the path of pride and imparting skills — or actually to teach more health-conscious methods of preparation and recipes. This can affect any age group.
