What you’ll do in the class
We meet at 1:45pm at Stadtvilla Nürnberg, Rosenaupark. It starts at 2 pm with 1-2 inside flows with Julia Meyer. End 4 p.m.
You should have some experience with dance, movement or Vinyasa Yoga. So if you are in the mood for movement and music, this is the right place for you. Limited places.
Bring your mat and wear yoga appropriate clothing.

Studio SOHAM Yoga & Massage
I am Jessika — yoga teacher and studio owner of SOHAM in Nuremberg. SOHAM is a small oasis for yoga & massage: creative workshops, yoga & brunch, JGA/bachelorette specials, business yoga and massages. Classes up to 12 people, mats & props on site, entrance via backyard.
