Searching for clues in Isarvorstadt, Munich's most exciting district, which has had an incredible career: from the settlement for bad luck boilers to a place of banishment for plague sufferers to the industrial district to the red light district to the broken glass district to the gay hotspot and then to Munich's most coveted pavement.
The Glockenbach safari has been a tradition for several years and has now found some imitators — but this is the only original.

We meet at the corner of Ickstattstraße/Hans-Sachs-Straße, at the Neues Arena cinema. We will then explore parts of the Isarvorstadt together, namely the Glockenbach district and part of the Gärtnerplatz district.
