Clay - Be creative through pottery
In a mindful atmosphere, we come together to work with clay and be guided by our intuition. Melanie shows you the basic techniques, then you can create your own gift - completely free, yourself.
Intuitive Movements - Enjoy a somatic yoga flow with live music
Accompanied by soft guitar sounds, we dive deeper into our body with Verena in an intuitive movement yoga flow. Perhaps you free yourself from fixed structures and feel your being through free movement. Accompanied by sounds and intuitive movements, we create connection and powerful energy — a sense of belonging, grounding and presence.
What you’ll do in the class
- We start with the movement part and flow to soft guitar sounds.
- Then we get creative with the natural material clay.
