About this class
Welcome to our watercolor & lettering workshop for Christmas greetings! In this course, you will learn the wonderful combination of watercolor painting and hand lettering to create unique and creative Christmas greeting cards. Regardless of whether you want to create something special for friends, family or colleagues — in this workshop, you will learn how to create impressive cards with personal flair.
Course structure:
In three colorful hours, we dive into the world of watercolor art together. You'll learn how to mix colors, create color gradients, and apply textures to paper. Then we'll look at hand lettering, the art of creative writing. You'll learn different fonts and layout techniques to make your Christmas greetings stylish.
Your project:
During the workshop, you create 2-3 postcards or a small mural with Christmas watercolor motifs such as pine branches, gifts and snowflakes. Add your own lettering sayings and create individual works of art that spread joy and enthusiasm.
Course objective:
After the workshop, you will have the skills to continue designing your own Christmas cards at home. You will learn how to harmoniously combine fonts, colors and designs and create Christmas greeting cards that leave an impression.

The course is suitable for beginners as well as advanced learners who want to develop their creativity and deepen the art of watercolor and hand lettering.
What you’ll do in the class
- Learn the basics of watercolor techniques: mixing colors, gradients, glazes, and more
- Discover the art of hand lettering and create impressive lettering to suit the season
- Learn how to interpret autumn and winter motifs in a creative way
- Use your own creativity to create unique designs or be inspired by predefined templates
- Get personalized support and tips from us to refine your techniques
YOUR PROJECT
You design at least 1-2 postcards or a mural with an autumn or winter theme plus matching lettering. Depending on the time, you will of course also design other projects. You are welcome to start making your Christmas mail in this course.
You can let your creativity run wild and create your personal works using the exercises or under our guidance.
Who is the class suitable for?
This workshop is aimed at beginners without previous knowledge as well as amateur artists who want to deepen their watercolor and hand lettering skills. Participation requires no special previous knowledge — just the joy of experimenting with colors and fonts.
