I had the great pleasure of visiting the Team Escape Room Center in Düsseldorf and am completely impressed! Even the welcome was extremely warm — the team is friendly, attentive and immediately creates a pleasant atmosphere. The rooms themselves are on an impressively high level: lovingly designed, technically sophisticated and full of creative details. The puzzles are varied and challenging, but always logically structured so that everyone in the team gets their money's worth. I found it particularly positive that the game masters give just the right amount of advice — never too much, never too little. You can tell at any moment how much passion and professionalism go into this. Whether for friends, families or team events: This escape room center is an absolute recommendation. We had a fantastic time and will definitely be back! Thank you so much for this great experience!

We really had a lot of fun as a group. We were super instructed and guided through the rooms. All employees were very nice and friendly. 2 people had cancelled our place spontaneously. We were then offered to take drinks for the money. They didn't have to do that, but they did it with goodwill.

Unfortunately, there are no 6 stars, but TeamEscape would have earned them. There were five of us in the “Zelle” room and had a lot of fun. The puzzles were challenging and interesting for us mediocre experienced escape players. Good communication, team play and creative approaches were rewarded accordingly. But I would particularly like to praise the staff. We had booked the wrong date by mistake. Although the fault was ours and the staff was busy, they somehow managed to let us play anyway. Everyone was very nice and no one seemed annoyed that we were still squeezing in on such a busy day. I can only recommend coming here and playing.
