Get to know Sarah Niklowitz

I am a journalist, author, and teacher of writing and mindfulness. In addition, I am a trained course instructor for mindfulness training for stress management (taohealth) and on this basis I can bring together what has driven me for years: Writing as a tool for clarity, mindfulness as a basis for resilience in everyday life.

In my workshops and coaching sessions, I use both as practical tools: to structure thoughts, to make decisions easier and to make everyday life more focused. And sometimes just to write for fun! Yes, we can enjoy what we do.

My offers are aimed at people of all ages and in a wide variety of contexts: everyone who finally wants to start writing or want to stick with it, but also teams and companies that have recognized the value of writing and mindfulness as effective tools.

What shapes me: many years of professional experience in various industries, from catering to journalism. There I learned to listen carefully, to understand complex things and to use language in a targeted manner — skills that form the core of my work today.

Since 2019, mindfulness has not only been an issue for me, but an integral part of my life. After my type 1 diabetes diagnosis, it became a tangible tool for mental strength and self-care. Based on this experience, I now combine writing with methods that reduce stress and promote resilience. Suitable for everyday use, clear and without much effort.
