I went home very happy... the course was a lot of fun. Milena, the artistic course director, prepared everything in an appealing way, received us all wonderfully with her respectful and kind manner, explained everything calmly, and relieved all pressure on us course participants so that everyone got down to work in a relaxed way. I felt accompanied and supported in my work and completely free to pursue my impulses. When I had questions, I got good ideas from Milena, which gave me new inspiration. I definitely want to do another course with Milena. 👩🏼‍🎨 The café staff was very accommodating and friendly.

Get to know Mi.M LtPp - Papierkunst und Collagen

About Mi.M & “Let the Paper Paint” (LTpp)

Mi.M is a freelance artist and certified art and creativity therapist who brings the fascinating world of collage art to life in her workshops. Since her first solo exhibition in 2018, she has continuously developed the technology LTpp — Let the Paper Paint.

The artistic approach

In her work, Mi.M has the paper “painted”. The result is multi-layered mixed media compositions on wood that combine fragments from own paintings, drypoint gravure and found objects such as historic airmail or newspapers. Her art is characterized by an exciting balance: abstract lines meet landscape echoes and meditative sensuality creates spaces to pause for.

Expertise & Workshops

Thanks to her well-founded training at the German Institute for Relaxation Techniques and Art Therapy (IEK) and many years of experience working with children and adults, Mi.M knows how to pick up participants from where they are. In her LTPP workshops, she not only teaches technology, but also the joy of experimental design.

“My goal is to create moments of peace and creativity by working with paper and structure. ”
