How does this experience take place?
Arrive & center: We start with a short (5 min.) meditation and special breathing techniques. A small creativity exercise opens your mind to new impulses.
Orientation & discovery: I bring a wealth of materials with me. You can follow your gut feeling, choose color combinations and either further design paper or start collaging right away.
The creative flow: As we move on, we let go of control. We let “the paper paint” and follow the instinct. It is fascinating to see what surprising works of art are created when your mind takes a break.
Individual support: Regardless of whether you are an experienced artist or an absolute beginner — I will support you exactly where you need help to bring your ideas to life.
Inspiration through community: We exchange ideas in a relaxed atmosphere. The best new ideas are often created by the group!
