About us - Konditorei-Akademie
Welcome to the Konditorei-Akademie, the technical school for a wide range of courses, coaching and exclusive events related to confectionery, patisserie and cuisine. Our founding dates back to the innovative and passionate pastry chef Jeremias Spiegel. His interest in baking developed long before he began his confectionary apprenticeship at the traditional Würzburg company “Café Kiess”. After his apprenticeship, he gained valuable experience in first-class hotels, pastry shops and patisseries.
Our courses are conducted personally by Jeremia Spiegel or by qualified instructors. We would like to share our passion for “sweet creations” with you and give you the know-how for successful baking, regardless of whether you are a professional or an amateur baker.

Jeremia Spiegel, our founder, has more than 15 years of experience in the catering industry. He has worked with prominent figures and institutions, including politicians, TV chefs, and even royal guests. These experiences are reflected in our teaching and in the quality of our courses.
